Zum angekündigten „Lockdown für Ungeimpfte“ ab Montag, 15. November 2021 informieren wir dich zur Situation an der FH OÖ wie folgt:
FH OÖ Rahmenbedingungen mit Gültigkeit ab Montag, 15. November 2021 –
bis auf Widerruf, voraussichtlich bis 5. Dezember 2021
Sicherheitsstufe II – ausgedünnter Betrieb
- 2,5-G (Geimpft-Genesen-PCR-Test*) bei Präsenz mit verpflichtender Status-Erfassung
- FFP2-Maskenpflicht jedenfalls auf allen FH OÖ Allgemeinflächen und in allen Räumen der FH OÖ sofern zumindest eine weitere Person anwesend ist, und das Infektionsrisiko nicht durch sonstige geeignete Schutzmaßnahmen minimiert werden kann.
* Übergangsregelung: Die Gültigkeit von Antigen-Tests wird aufgrund der aktuellen Situation (Auswertungsdauer von PCR-Testergebnissen) bis 21.11.2021 verlängert.
Welche Änderungen im Lehrbetrieb gibt es mit Montag, 15. November 2021 an der FH Oberösterreich?
Für Studierende, Lehrende und nebenberuflich Lehrende gilt:
- Die Lehre wird bis zum genannten Zeitpunkt Anfang Dezember im Ermessen der Studiengangsleitungen in Absprache mit den Jahrgangssprecher*innen und in Abwägung von didaktischen Erfordernissen vorzugsweise im Distance Modus abgehalten.
- Dort wo Präsenz notwendig ist wird die Gruppengröße auf bis zu 25 Anwesende beschränkt. In begründeten Ausnahmefällen (zB Prüfungen) ist auch eine höhere Teilnehmer*innenanzahl zulässig. Die Entscheidung darüber trifft die Lehrveranstaltungsleitung in Abstimmung mit dem Dekan.
- FFP2-Maskenpflicht für die Gesamtdauer einer Präsenz-Lehrveranstaltung (in Ergänzung zu den o. g. Vorgaben)
- Nochmals sei an dieser Stelle insbesondere auf die Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Hygienevorschriften hingewiesen.
Ergänzende Infos zum Lehrbetrieb
Die Kontrolle des 2,5G-Status findet bei Präsenzlehrveranstaltungen zu Beginn der Lehrveranstaltungen statt. Hierzu liegt den LV-Leiter*innen eine jeweils aktuelle Liste vor. Falls für jemanden beim Betreten der FH kein „grüner“ 2,5G-Nachweis erfasst ist, werden diese Personen angewiesen, diesen umgehend nachzuerfassen. Ist eine Nacherfassung nicht möglich, werden die Studierenden angehalten, den Campus zu verlassen. Es besteht grundsätzlich kein Anspruch auf eine Online-Teilnahme an Lehrveranstaltungen und keine Pflicht Lehrveranstaltungen in "Hybrid-Form" abzuhalten. Erfassung über https://3g.fh-ooe.at. Die Daten werden DSGVO-konform behandelt und nach Zweckerfüllung gelöscht.
Welche Änderungen der Bibliotheken gibt es?
Bibliotheken sind für Externe ab 15.11.2021 geschlossen. Für interne Personen wird der Ausleihbetrieb ermöglicht – kein Aufenthalt, kein Lesebetrieb.
Welche Änderugen in der Forschung gibt es?
Unter der Prämisse der „Ausdünnung“ gilt es sorgsam die Anwesenheiten durch die Vorgesetzten vorzunehmen.
- FFP2-Maskenpflicht für die Gesamtdauer der Präsenz in Labors u. ä., sofern zumindest eine weitere Person anwesend ist, und das Infektionsrisiko nicht durch sonstige geeignete Schutzmaßnahmen minimiert werden kann (in Ergänzung zu den o. g. Vorgaben).
Welche Änderungen bezüglich Veranstaltungen gibt es?
Grundsätzlich sind Präsenz-Veranstaltungen untersagt. Sofern eine Veranstaltung unter den Ausnahmetatbestand der Verordnung fällt, ist diese über die Dienstvorgesetzten bzw. Dekanate zur Genehmigung vorzulegen und in Abstimmung mit der Abteilung Kongress- und Veranstaltungsmanagement der FH OÖ umzusetzen. Die in dem genannten Zeitraum angesetzten Sponsionen werden verschoben!
Gibt es sonst noch allgemeine Änderungen? Worauf müssen Grenzpendler*innen achten?
- Interne Sitzungen/Besprechungen sind grundsätzlich online abzuhalten.
- Externe Besucher*innen (zB Sitzungsteilnehmer*innen, Lieferanten, Professionisten, Consultants, Prüfer*innen, Bewerber*innen etc.) haben sich bei/m der entsprechenden Gesprächspartner*in anzumelden und sind durch diese/n aufzufordern, einen 2,5-G-Nachweis vorzulegen und eine FFP2-Maske in den Gebäuden unserer Hochschule zu tragen.
- Unverändert bleibt die Information zu den MENSEN: die geltenden Regeln entnehmen Sie bitte vor Ort den ansässigen Gastro-Betrieben an den Fakultäten.
- Grenzpendler*innen verweisen wir auf die geltenden Bestimmungen des Einreiselandes gemäß Website des österr. BMEIA, Außenministerium Österreich.
Allgemeine Information
Du zeigst Symptome einer Covid-19-Erkrankung und/oder hast einen positiven Schnelltest vorliegen
Kontaktiere die Gesundheitshotline 1450. Bleib zuhause bis dein Hausarzt (telefonische Kontaktaufnahme!) bzw. die Gesundheitsbehörde die Situation mit dir abgeklärt hat. Informiere umgehend das FH OÖ Krisenmanagement unter corona@fh-ooe.at und führe an, welche nächsten Schritte seitens der Behörde zu erfolgen haben.
Du wurdest mittels eines PCR-Tests positiv auf Covid-19 getestet
Informiere umgehend das FH OÖ Krisenmanagement unter corona@fh-ooe.at , sende uns deinen Absonderungsbescheid und informiere uns über Ihre FH Kontakte, die du im Rahmen des behördlichen Contact Tracings anzugeben hast.
Du wurdest seitens der Gesundheitsbehörde als Kontaktperson der Kategorie I eingestuft
Informiere umgehend das FH OÖ Krisenmanagement unter corona@fh-ooe.at und übermittle uns deinen Quarantänebescheid, sobald du diesen von der Behörde erhalten hast. Folge dem Quarantänebescheid und bleib zuhause.
Du wurdest seitens der Gesundheitsbehörde als Kontaktperson der Kategorie II eingestuft
Eine Meldung an das FH OÖ Krisenmanagement ist als Kontaktperson der Kategorie II nicht erforderlich. Es gilt keine Einschränkung deiner Präsenz an der FH OÖ.

Regarding the announced "Lockdown for unvaccinated" from Monday, November 15, 2021, we inform you about the situation at the FH Upper Austria as follows:

Security level II - thinned out operation
- 2.5-G (Vaccinated-Recovered-PCR test*) for on-campus operations - mandatory status recording
- FFP2 mask obligation on all FH Upper Austria general areas and in all rooms of the FH Upper Austria if at least one other person is present and the risk of infection cannot be minimized by other suitable protective measures.
* Transitional regulation: The admissibility of antigen tests is extended until November 21, 2021 due to the current situation (evaluation period of PCR test results).
What changes will there be in teaching at UAS Upper Austria as of Monday, 15 November 2021?
For students, faculty and adjunct faculty:
- Until the above-mentioned date in early December, teaching will preferably be held in distance mode at the discretion of the head of studies in consultation with the student representatives and in consideration of didactic requirements.
- Where attendance is necessary, the group size will be limited to a maxium of 25 students. In justified exceptional cases (e.g. exams), a higher number of participants is also permissible. The decision is made by the lecturer in consultation with the head of studies and the Dean’s office.
- FFP2 mask requirement for the entire duration of a face-to-face course (in addition to the above-mentioned requirements)
- Once again, special attention is drawn to compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Supplementary information on teaching
The 2.5G status is checked at the beginning of face-to-face courses. The course leaders have an up-to-date list for this purpose. If no "green" 2.5G certificate is recorded for someone entering the UAS, these persons will be instructed to record it immediately. If this is not possible, the student will be asked to leave the campus. In principle, there is no entitlement to online participation in courses and no obligation to hold courses in "hybrid form". Registration via 3g.fh-ooe.at. The data will be handled in accordance with the DSGVO and deleted after the purpose has been fulfilled.
What are the changes to the libraries?
Libraries will be closed for external persons from 15.11.2021. For internal persons, lending will be possible - no staying, no reading.
What are the changes in research & development?
Under the premise of "thinning out", careful attendance planning by supervisors is required.
- FFP2 mask obligation for the total duration of presence in laboratories and the like, provided that at least one other person is present and the risk of infection cannot be minimized by other suitable protective measures (in addition to the above-mentioned requirements).
What are the changes regarding events?
In general, on-site events are prohibited. If an event falls under the exceptional circumstances of the ordinance, it is to be submitted for approval via the supervisors and Dean’s offices and implemented in coordination with the Congress and Event Management Department of the FH Upper Austria.
Graduation ceremonies scheduled during the aforementioned period will be postponed!
Are there any other general changes? What do international commuters need to be aware of?
- Internal meetings/discussions are to be held online.
- External visitors (e.g. meeting participants, suppliers, professionals, consultants, examiners, applicants, etc.) must register with the relevant contact person and must be requested by this person to present a 2.5 G certificate and to wear an FFP2 mask in the buildings of our university.
- The information on Mensa remains unchanged: please refer to the resident catering establishments at the schools for the applicable rules.
- We refer border commuters to the applicable regulations of the country of entry according to the website of the Austrian BMEIA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Austria.
General information
You are showing symptoms of Covid 19 disease and/or have a positive rapid test.
Contact the health hotline 1450. Stay at home until your family doctor (contact by phone!) or the health authority has clarified the situation with you. Immediately inform the FH OÖ Crisis Management at corona@fh-ooe.at and state what next steps the authorities have to take.
You have been tested positive for Covid-19 by means of a PCR test.
Immediately inform the FH Upper Austria Crisis Management at corona@fh-ooe.at , send us your notification of segregation and inform us about your FH contacts, which you have to provide within the framework of the official contact tracing.
You have been classified as a category I contact person by the health authority.
Immediately inform the FH Upper Austria Crisis Management at corona@fh-ooe.at and send us your quarantine notice as soon as you have received it from the authorities. Follow the quarantine notice and stay at home.
You have been classified as a category II contact person by the health authorities.
As a category II contact person, you do not need to report to the FH Upper Austria Crisis Management. There are no restrictions on your presence at the FH Upper Austria.
