Is your bookshelf overflowing with old books? Do you really love the books you read and want others to enjoy your literary treasures? But you are also constantly on the lookout for new titles yourself?
Then look no further!
Drop off your old books on Wednesday and browse through the selection while enjoying free organic coffee and cake.
P.S.: Mangas, manhwas, artbooks and other treasures are also welcome :).
This year we'll once again be putting on our cycling shorts and getting on our bikes for the M4S. The tour from Linz to Hagenberg is demanding, but offers beautiful flowering hills and meadows!
Public transport tickets for arrival and departure, as well as food afterwards, will be covered by the ÖH. If necessary, the ÖH will also provide you with a bicycle. Registration is also possible at short notice, but since places are limited, it is worth being quick!

The independent cultural centre in Urfahr not only offers great concerts, but also an exciting history. Together we get a small guided tour through the building, where we get many insights behind the scenes - learn more about the various initiatives that are based in the Stadtwerkstatt and which play an important role in the creation of artistic content as well as citizens' initiatives. Café Strom will be waiting with free refreshments afterwards, where we can talk about the impressions we have gathered. Public transport tickets for arrival and departure will be covered by the ÖH.

Information on sustainable nutrition from Monday to Wednesday with support from unpacked shop Unpackbar Linz, Die Hoflieferanten and the organic farm Biohof Achleitner.
The latter offers you a free lunch directly from Biohof Achleitner, on Wednesday, 17.5., from 12pm, in the A-Building (outside or at Aula, depending on the weather) - while stocks last!
Are you interested in climate change, but still feel like you lack the big picture? Who are the real polluters? And what exactly do the 1.5°C and 2°C mean?
In this collaborative open source workshop, you will learn about the causes and effects of climate change in 42 scientifically based cards. Participation also gives you the opportunity to become a moderator and part of the Upper Austrian puzzler community.

Im Rahmen des ÖH M4S - Sustainability findet eine Radtour von Steyr nach Wels statt. Die erwartete Rückkehr in Steyr ist um ca. 17:00.
Auch heuer ziehen wir uns beim M4S wieder die Radlerhosen an und schwingen uns aufs Bike. Auf drei Touren gibt es Programm in mehreren Schwierigkeitsstufen. Die Tour von Steyr nach Wels ist die anspruchsvollste, aber auch mit die schönste! Öffi-Tickets für An- und Abreise, sowie Essen im Anschluss werden von der ÖH übernommen. Die Plätze sind jedoch begrenzt, bitte rechtzeitig anmelden!

On the 6th of May there will be a bike tour from Steyr to wels as part of the ÖH M4S - Month 4 Sustainability, the approximatly time of arrivel back at steyr will be 17:00.
This year we'll once again be putting on our cycling shorts and getting on our bikes for the M4S. On three tours there is a programme with several levels of difficulty. The tour from Steyr to Wels is the most demanding, but also one of the most beautiful! Public transport tickets for arrival and departure, as well as food afterwards, will be covered by the ÖH. However, places are limited, so please register in good time!
Der Frühling steckt in den Startlöchern, ihr plant vielleicht schon die erste Radtour und wollt ein paar Infos zur Wartung von Fahrrädern erhalten? Gemeinsam mit der Radlobby checken wir eure Räder am Klimafest. Das Klimafest findet zwischen 15:00 und 19:30 vor dem Museum Arbeitswelt statt und neben Infos zu nachhaltigen Projekten in Steyr ist auch für Essen, Getränke und musikalische Unterhaltung gesorgt.

Spring is in the starting blocks, you might already be planning your first bike tour and want to get some information on bike maintenance? Together with the Radlobby we will check your bikes at the Climate Festival. The climate festival will take place between 15:00 and 19:30 in front of the Museum Arbeitswelt. Besides information about sustainable projects in Steyr, there will also be food, drinks and musical entertainment.

Dieser preisgekrönte Film zeigt auf beeindruckende Weise, wie wir durch die Regeneration von Böden das Klima stabilisieren, verlorene Ökosysteme wiederherstellen und dabei auch noch reichlich Nahrungsmittel produzieren können.

Was ist das Running Dinner?
Eine großartige Möglichkeit neue Leute zu treffen und feines Essen zu genießen! Ihr meldet euch in Zweierteams an. Jedes Team ist für einen Gang zuständig (Vorspeise, Hauptspeise oder Nachspeise), gekocht wird für insgesamt sechs Personen (euer Team + zwei weitere Teams). Nach jedem Gang wird die Location gewechselt und ihr macht euch auf zum nächsten Ort, wo der nächste Gang serviert wird.
Diesmal gibt es eine Month 4 Sustainability Edition. Im Rahmen der Nachhaltigkeitswoche, die am Campus Steyr vom 1.5.-6.5. stattfindet. Jedes Team kann mit dem CO2-Rechner ermitteln, wie nachhaltig Sie gekocht haben. Schickt uns nach dem Essen bis zum 5. Mai eine Nachricht mit eurem Ergebnis und ihr habt die Chance, eine Bio-Gemüsekiste und Gutscheine vom Biohof Achleitner zu gewinnen. Weitere Informationen zum Wettbewerb erhaltet ihr, wenn ihr euch angemeldet habt und die Teams gebildet sind.

What is the Running Dinner?
A great way to meet new people and enjoy fine food! You sign up in teams of two. Each team is responsible for one course (starter, main course or dessert), cooked for a total of six people (your team + two other teams). After each course, the location is changed and you move on to the next place where the next course will be served, cooked by the other teams.
This time there is a Month 4 Sustainability Edition. As part of the Sustainability Week, which takes place at the Steyr Campus from 1.5.-6.5. Each team can use the CO2 calculator to determine how sustainable you have cooked. Send us a message after the dinner until May 5th with your score and you have the chance to win a organic vegetable box and vouchers from the Biohof Achleitner. You will get further instructions on the competition when you have registered and the teams are created.
Have fun cooking and enjoy the food!
